Karwa Chauth Challenge Day 1. Starting the day with chia seed water and a full workout including treadmill, jumping jacks, and belly fat exercises.

Karwa Chauth Challenge Day 2. Today's workout focused on 7 belly fat exercises with 3 sets of 30 reps each.

About Fitness Challenges (75 Hard & Karwa Chauth)

In this challenge, I track everything with you—daily check-ins, specific belly fat exercises, and honest home-cooked diet adjustments that work with your real life. No supplements, no shortcuts, just the routine I personally use to stay fit. You either put in the hard work, or you stay where you are.

How My Challenges Work

I run these challenges for women who want to see change before the festive season or simply need a strict push to break a plateau. We don't do random workouts.

The Structure:

  • Daily Accountability: You get a specific workout schedule (HIIT, treadmill, belly fat targeting) and a diet plan. You report your progress.
  • Diet without Supplements: We use regular Indian groceries like Roti, Dal, and seasonal vegetables. If it isn't in your kitchen, you don't need it.
  • Hormonal Focus: Many of my clients join for PCOS, PCOD, or thyroid management. I modify the intensity based on your cycle and energy levels.
