I get what it's like when your hormones feel out of whack and nothing seems to work, especially with PCOS, thyroid, and fertility struggles. For a lot of us, it feels like our bodies are sabotaging us. I’ve seen it, I’ve lived it, and I’ve helped women change it.

What I Focus On

  • Women's issues like PCOS/PCOD, thyroid, and infertility are my main thing.
  • Only women train with me - it's a safe, supportive group.
  • My approach blends a hormone balancing workout plan with simple, smart nutrition.
  • I don’t do shortcuts. Mehnat toh karni padegi (You have to put in the hard work).

How We Get Results

  • Mix of strength, HIIT, and core workouts - all tailored for hormonal health.
  • Nutrition plans with anti-inflammatory foods and sometimes intermittent fasting.
  • We track actual changes: better periods, more energy, less bloating, weight loss, even success stories like Monika who conceived after 9 years of trying.

My Story

Hey, I’m Jyoti. Fitness is my therapy, not just my job. Ran fast, won gold, but honestly it’s about feeling strong inside. Some days I’m in the gym, lifting heavy, other days I’m chilling in a suit, enjoying family time or traveling to the 'wadiya' (valleys). Apni fitness hai toh sab kuch hai (fitness is everything). I live life full-on, love u zindagi!
