I get what it's like when your hormones feel out of whack and nothing seems to work, especially with PCOS, thyroid, and fertility struggles. For a lot of us, it feels like our bodies are sabotaging us. I’ve seen it, I’ve lived it, and I’ve helped women change it.
What I Focus On
- Women's issues like PCOS/PCOD, thyroid, and infertility are my main thing.
- Only women train with me - it's a safe, supportive group.
- My approach blends a hormone balancing workout plan with simple, smart nutrition.
- I don’t do shortcuts. Mehnat toh karni padegi (You have to put in the hard work).

- Mix of strength, HIIT, and core workouts - all tailored for hormonal health.
