I do not believe in shortcuts or random gym routines. My approach to strength training focuses on compound movements like deadlifts and squats to build muscle, improve posture, and create real power.

Building a strong back with barbell rows and strengthening the lower body with kettlebell squats. These are fundamental movements for overall strength.

Barbell lunges are a fantastic exercise for building leg strength and stability. I guide my clients to maintain proper form to target the right muscles.

Har Har Mahadev. Channeling all my energy into this heavy deadlift. Strength training is as much a mental challenge as it is a physical one.

Assisted sissy squats are an advanced exercise to isolate the quadriceps. I incorporate a variety of exercises to keep your muscles guessing.

Staggered stance squats with dumbbells challenge your stability and work each leg individually. This is great for correcting muscle imbalances.

Hitting a 115 kg deadlift during my 75 Hard Challenge. Pushing my own limits helps me inspire my clients to push theirs.

About Strength Training: Build Real Power

Many women worry that lifting heavy weights will make them bulky, but that is a common myth. Mastering movements like the barbell row or squat is the most efficient way to reshape your body and manage hormonal health, especially for those dealing with thyroid or PCOS. In my Sonipat gym, I supervise every rep to ensure you build strength safely without injury.
