Why I Do What I Do

I’m here to make fitness clear, not complicated. If you’re lost in the gym or just don’t know where to start, you’re not alone. I cut out the confusion and help you figure out a plan that fits your body and your schedule.

Fitness, But Only Your Way

For me, fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all. Jo body ki zarurat hai, wahi asli fitness hai (What your body needs, that’s your real fitness). We’ll work together to decide what matters for you, whether it's feeling stronger, moving better, or just having more energy.

How Our Sessions Go

  • First, we get real about your ‘why’. I’ll help you set clear goals so you’re not guessing anymore.
  • Next, we dig into the moves. It’s not about just lifting heavy - we’ll focus on functional strength training and always keep your form safe.
  • Expect a mix: dumbbells, barbells, HIIT for beginners, boxing-inspired fitness drills, and mobility and flexibility coaching. I like to keep things dynamic and fresh.

It’s Not Always Pretty

Some workouts feel awesome, others are full-on dukh, dard, peeda (pain, suffering). I get it, and trust me, I’ve ended plenty of days chabate hue carbs (munching carbs) after tough sessions. My job is to keep you motivated, celebrate your wins, and help you through the tough bits. Let’s go!

My Story

Hey, I’m Nitya. Zumba instructor and personal trainer, full of 'maje' (fun) and a bit obsessed with that post-workout glow. Some days I’m all pumped, some days I drag my feet, but I’m always in it with my students. I think fitness should be fun, not stressful. If you’re smiling and sweating, you’re winning. We learn together, mess up steps, and just keep moving. I’m always at jam sessions, picking up new moves. Fitness is a journey, and I’m here to make it happy for you.
