Striking Fundamentals: Bag & Pad Work

This is where we build your foundation. I focus on proper technique for punches, kicks, and combinations using heavy bags, speed bags, and focus mitts. These drills are essential for developing power, speed, and endurance, whether you are a beginner or an advanced fighter.

Future Champions: Kickboxing for Kids

My classes for kids, starting from age 4, are a huge hit with parents. We teach them the fundamentals of kickboxing in a disciplined, fun, and safe environment. They learn not just self-defense, but also focus, respect, and confidence.

Empowerment Through Striking: Women's Classes

I offer dedicated training for women focused on fitness, strength, and practical self-defense. These sessions, available in groups or as private lessons, are designed to build confidence and power in a comfortable and motivating setting. I also conduct corporate self-defense seminars.

We are more than just a gym, we are a team. My classes bring together people from all walks of life, from students to working professionals, who share a passion for martial arts. We sweat together, learn together, and support each other's goals.

In The Ring: My Competitive Journey

I don't just teach, I compete. This is a look at my journey as a fighter, including winning gold medals at state championships and judging for WAKO. This experience on the mat and in the ring directly translates into the quality and authenticity of my coaching.
