Martial arts is a discipline that translates to everyday life. When parents bring their kids to me, they are often looking for ways to channel energy or build confidence. My approach is simple, because shortcuts do not work. We build a solid foundation of focus and physical literacy before anything else.
The sessions are structured to be both challenging and safe. We use age-appropriate equipment like kid-sized boxing gloves and soft targets. For the little ones, we prioritize agility ladder work, cone drills, and coordination exercises that act as the groundwork for kickboxing. These are not just fitness games, but the fundamentals of stance, footwork, and defensive moves.
I run these batches with a strong emphasis on dojo etiquette. Respect for partners and instructors is non-negotiable. Whether it is learning how to throw a proper jab-cross or practicing blocks, every drill is supervised. We keep things light-contact and technical. My goal is to ensure that a 4-year-old or a 10-year-old develops a strong mind and body.
We operate out of multiple locations in Bengaluru, providing flexible after-school slots.
