Fitness is our lifestyle. From power yoga to family sessions, we make exercise fun, sustainable, and truly a part of your daily routine.
This is what it's all about for me. Combining my love for acro yoga, family, and being outdoors. My son loves being a part of our practice, and it's a beautiful way for us to connect and stay active together.
I was honored to lead a yoga session for World Heart Day at Venkateshwar Hospital. It shows how yoga can be a part of corporate wellness programs, bringing calm and health to a large group of people.
A glimpse into one of my group yoga classes at a studio in Dwarka. We focus on holistic well being, moving through power sequences and calming meditative poses to build a complete practice.
This is a look at a gentle yoga session for seniors. We use simple, modified movements and breathing exercises at home to help improve mobility, balance, and overall comfort.
Guiding a mom-to-be through a prenatal yoga session. These gentle poses are designed to improve sleep, reduce back pain, and prepare the body for childbirth in a calm and supportive way.
A dynamic acro yoga sequence in the park. This style of yoga is so playful and builds incredible trust and strength between partners. It’s a workout that feels like play.
Family yoga time at home. Here we are practicing Chakrasana, or the wheel pose, together. It's amazing to see my son's natural flexibility and enthusiasm for yoga.
I was so proud to be featured in the newspaper for my work in promoting yoga, especially for International Yoga Day. It's a wonderful feeling to see our community's passion for yoga being recognized.
About Featured
We keep things interesting by mixing it up—you might find us at our studio in Sector 19 for alignment work, or out in the park for conditioning. It is not just about holding poses; it is about breaking the monotony of standard gym routines so you actually look forward to showing up.
How We Train
My practice is built on a hybrid model. We believe that variety is the key to consistency. My members get access to a 5-day weekly schedule that alternates between indoor conditioning at our air-conditioned studio in Sector 19 and outdoor sessions in local Dwarka parks. This mix helps you build discipline indoors while keeping the energy high outdoors.
Specialized Focus Areas
Whether you are looking for intensity or therapeutic support, there is a path for you:
- Power & Bodyweight: For those looking to build muscle and improve endurance without needing heavy equipment.
- Prenatal & Senior Care: These are not one-size-fits-all sessions. I focus on mobility, pelvic floor health, and labor preparation for moms-to-be, and balance, joint mobility, and safe, modified movements for seniors.
- Acro & Partner Yoga: A great way to build communication, trust, and strength. These are often the most fun parts of our sessions.
Coming As You Are
I do not believe in perfectly staged fitness environments where you have to worry about how you look. Some days we laugh through the poses, and some days we struggle—and that is perfectly fine. I focus heavily on form and explaining the 'why' behind each asana, whether it is for digestion, stress relief, or strength, so you know exactly what your body is doing.
