When I teach, I make sure you know exactly what is happening in your body. If we are doing a headstand or a simple seated stretch, it is not just for the photo; it is to help with focus, digestion, or calming your nervous system. I do not believe in mindless repetition, so expect me to explain how each movement supports your specific health goals during every session.
Knowledge is a key part of your progress. Whether you are joining my hybrid sessions in Dwarka or opting for 1-on-1 personal training, I focus on form correction, manual adjustments, and ensuring you understand the 'why' behind the asana. My training curriculum follows a weekly rotation of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Power Yoga, ensuring you get the right balance of alignment and strength. We never skip the basics. Every 60-minute session includes 5 to 10 minutes of Pranayama and meditation, because your breath is just as important as the posture itself.
I want you to walk away understanding how yoga can help you sleep better, manage back pain, or simply feel more flexible in daily life. I keep things real: sometimes yoga feels tough, and sometimes we laugh through the hard poses. My only rule is to come as you are.
