About Parent & Child Team-Up
You don’t need to be an athlete to start—I’ve seen everyone from busy corporate parents to energetic grandmas jump into these sessions. We keep the competitive edge friendly, whether it's a plank challenge or a relay race. Just show up in comfortable clothes, ready to move, and don't worry about being perfect; the point is to get off the screen and move together.
We started these sessions because we believe fitness is best served with a side of family bonding. You won't find us running boring, repetitive drills. Instead, our Paschim Vihar center is designed to turn exercise into a game that bridges the generation gap.
What happens in a session?
We treat every hour as an active play event. You’ll be crawling through obstacle courses, competing in balloon pop games, or holding planks alongside your child. It is not about who finishes first, but about the shared effort. We use specialized equipment like agility ladders, soft hurdles, and parachutes to make sure the environment is safe for kids aged 3–12 while still giving adults a genuine workout.
Why it works
- No intimidation: We purposefully create a 'sports for all' atmosphere. If you haven't played since school, you are exactly the person we want to see on the mat.
- Real movement: We focus on functional fitness—bear crawls, squats, and lunges—that helps kids with their motor skills and parents with their daily stamina.
- The community vibe: We celebrate festivals, birthdays, and individual milestones. When your child wins a participation certificate or beats their personal plank record, the whole group cheers.
We provide everything you need at the center, including access to our shock-absorbing, green synthetic flooring. Just bring your energy and a willingness to try something new, and we will take care of the rest. Chalo, let's get moving.
