When we conduct workplace sessions, we focus on 'Tech-Neck' correction and lower back release, not just generic stretching. We understand that your team spends hours at a desk, so our 60-minute workshops integrate desk-friendly asanas and Instant Relaxation Techniques to lower anxiety without needing a gym kit or a change of clothes.
