About this collection
I do not give you generic routines. Whether you are dealing with chronic lower back pain, persistent hypertension, or high stress, we start by understanding your body's specific limitations. I follow the S-VYASA Integrated Approach, meaning we combine physical asanas with targeted pranayama and relaxation techniques to address the root cause, not just the symptoms.
My therapy sessions are structured, safe, and backed by the Integrated Approach to Yoga Therapy (IAYT) from S-VYASA University. When you start, we do not just jump into difficult poses. We assess your physical condition, whether it is 'tech-neck' from office work, stiffness in the joints, or anxiety affecting your sleep, and build a progression that makes sense for you.
For chronic pain or high-stress management, I focus on three pillars:
- Targeted Asanas: Postures designed to alleviate spinal compression and muscle tightness without overexertion.
- Pranayama (Breathwork): Specific breathing cycles like Kapalabhati or Nadi Shodhana to regulate the nervous system and lower blood pressure.
- Relaxation Techniques: I teach IRT (Instant Relaxation Technique) and cyclic meditation, which you can use anywhere, not just on a yoga mat.
This is not about flexibility; it is about stability. I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, hypertension, and sedentary lifestyle issues across my Basaveshwar Nagar studio and on-site locations in Bengaluru.
