A glimpse into a virtual corporate yoga session I conducted. We focused on accessible chair-based movements and breathing exercises to help the team stretch, breathe, and recenter during their workday. The positive feedback shows how even a short break can make a big difference in workplace wellness.
This captures my journey as a Level 2 authorised Ashtanga Yoga teacher under Guruji Sharath Jois. My practice is deeply informed by my studies of classical texts and my research into yoga therapy, allowing me to share this ancient wisdom in an authentic way.

In my desk detox sessions, we skip the need for mats or changing clothes. I focus on specific areas like the neck, wrists, and lower back—the common pain points of a sedentary workday—using techniques rooted in my Ashtanga background, but simplified for a professional environment.

- On-Site Stretch & Reset: I visit offices across HSR, Koramangala, Indiranagar, and Electronic City. These in-person sessions allow for hands-on posture adjustments, which help break the cycle of sedentary stiffness.
- Executive Deep Rest: A 90-minute immersion focused on mental recovery. We combine Vedantic philosophy with Yoga Nidra, a clinically proven guided relaxation technique that helps lower cortisol levels—ideal for teams managing high-stress deadlines.
