I am Bharti. After navigating my own challenging postpartum recovery, I became a certified educator to help you move through motherhood with clarity, confidence, and strength.

Hello everyone, I'm Bharti Goel. I'm an Internationally Certified Childbirth Educator, Prenatal Yoga Instructor, and the founder of 'Her Healthcare at Home'.

My journey started after my MBA, but my true calling was in women's healthcare. With over five years of experience, I am passionate about helping moms-to-be and new moms have positive birth and recovery experiences.

I actively share my knowledge on my YouTube channels, which have a growing community of over 96,000 subscribers. I'm so excited to connect with you and support you on this journey.

I often collaborate with other experts, like lactation professionals, to bring you holistic and evidence-based guidance for your pregnancy and postpartum journey.

My own fitness routine changed dramatically after pregnancy. I learned that my body needed both the grounding of yoga and the power of strength training to feel balanced and strong.

A proud moment for me at the YouTube Creator Collective event. What started as a passion project 7 years ago has grown into an amazing community, and I'm so grateful.

From 9 months in to 9 months out. This journey is incredible, and I've lived it myself. My experience as a mother is at the heart of everything I teach.

A happy Mother's Day to all the mamas. Sharing a special mom and baby yoga flow is one of my favorite ways to celebrate the bond of motherhood.

What goes around, comes around. From doing duck walks while pregnant to helping my little one take her first steps. This journey is a beautiful full circle.

About My Journey & Why I Can Help

My transition into women's healthcare wasn't planned; it happened because I lived the struggle. After my MBA and a corporate stint, my 44-hour labor and the confusing recovery that followed made me realize how little honest support is available for new mothers.
