I’m not here to sell you a quick fix. I’m a mom, a coach, and someone who believes strength should be sustainable. Here is the story behind my no-BS approach.

Here's a bit about my story and why I became a coach. From falling in love with lifting weights to navigating a pandemic pregnancy, I realized there was a huge gap in the fitness world for busy parents. My mission is to bring effective fitness to you.

Why did I choose to be a fitness coach? Because I love having a positive impact on someone's life. This is my story, and if it strikes a chord with you, I'm here to help you transform your life, no matter how hectic your schedule is.

If you want to transform your life, get back your energy, and feel more in control, all you need is 30-40 minutes a day. I offer no frills, no fluff, just fitness rooted in science and sustainability. Change happens when you show up.

My certifications in CrossFit, Pre & Postnatal Fitness, and Precision Nutrition were just the start. My own pregnancy and postpartum journey was the real education. I'm stronger now than before I had a baby because I focused on a strong foundation, and I can help you do the same.

For all the new faces here, let me reintroduce myself. I'm a mom, a business owner, and a coach passionate about helping women find their strongest selves through pregnancy and postpartum. I'm a work in progress, just like you.

As a coach, your goals become my goals. I care more about your mental and physical health than the number on the scale. I understand the anxiety of being a new mom because I've been there, and I'm here to hold your hand through it.

About My Story & Qualifications

I didn't get into this to become an influencer. I got certified after realizing how few people understand the postpartum body, or how to juggle a toddler and a workout. My approach is built on science, not guesswork. I’m talking real nutrition, pelvic floor health, and workouts that actually fit into a schedule that involves nap times and daycare runs.
