This program is for all moms, at least 10 weeks postpartum, who want to feel stronger and more confident. I even practice with my own little one sometimes.
Regular fitness programs often don't work for postpartum bodies and can even make things worse. My program is specifically designed to address common issues like Diastasis Recti and pelvic floor weakness safely.
The goal of this program is to help you safely rebuild your core strength and restore balance to your pelvic floor. These are the foundations for feeling like yourself again after birth.
With so many "quick fix" videos out there, it's easy to feel lost. A structured program is different because it teaches you the basics first and then builds your strength step-by-step, which is the only way to heal safely and effectively.
This is an example of a core stability exercise, Toe Taps, which I introduce later in the program. It focuses on maintaining deep core strength as you move, which is essential for postpartum recovery.

About My 6-Week Postpartum Recovery Program
Many 'quick fix' workouts promise a flat belly in weeks, but they often ignore the real problem—your deep core stability. This 6-week program isn't about rushing your recovery or chasing impossible standards. Since you are at least 10 weeks postpartum, we focus on safe, progressive moves to heal Diastasis Recti and restore pelvic floor health, teaching you to engage your muscles properly rather than just sweating through generic exercises.
