About Homemade Sweets & Refreshing Beverages
My beverages, like the Sol Kadi and fresh Chaas, are prepared in small batches just hours before delivery to ensure they arrive perfectly chilled and fresh. If you are planning an office event, please let me know at least one day in advance so I can source the freshest seasonal fruits for the juices and set the curds for the lassi to maintain that homemade consistency you expect.
I believe that every meal deserves a proper ending. Whether it is a bowl of Dudhi Halwa made with pure ghee or a bottle of refreshing Aam Panha, my sweets and drinks are crafted with the same care I use for my family's dinner.
Why my sweets are different
Many store-bought sweets rely on preservatives or excessive sugar to stay shelf-stable. In my Matunga kitchen, I take a different approach. I prepare everything fresh to order. My Khoya Coconut Barfi, for instance, uses traditional ratios of milk solids and fresh coconut, resulting in a texture that is light rather than heavy.

Living in Mumbai, I know how essential a good cooling drink is. My signature Sol Kadi is made using authentic kokum and fresh coconut milk, not powders or concentrates. Similarly, my fresh juices like Watermelon and Pineapple are extracted and bottled the same day as your delivery. I work directly with corporate teams looking for healthy alternatives to soda and mass-produced snacks. Because I cap my daily output at 35 orders, I can ensure that every batch of Lassi or Sheera meets my quality standards. If you are ordering for an office gathering of 20 to 30 people, please reach out a day before so I can manage the prep time.
