About Daily Office Lunch Thalis
Because I cook every meal from scratch in my home kitchen in Matunga, I limit myself to exactly 35 portions a day. This is a personal choice to ensure no bulk-cooking, no stale ingredients, and no industrial additives. Since I source fresh vegetables and prepare my masalas the night before, I ask that you place your lunch orders at least one day in advance so I can ensure the quality is just as it would be if you were eating at my table.
More Than Just a Lunch Box
When you order a lunch thali from me, you are not getting mass-produced food. You are getting a meal planned with the same care I use for my own family. My daily lunch thalis are designed to be a complete, balanced meal that keeps you energized for the rest of your workday without the post-lunch slump that often comes with heavy, oily cafeteria food.
What You Can Expect
Every tray is packed with variety. I rotate my menu weekly, so you won't find yourself eating the same boring dal-chawal combination every single day. My thalis include:
- Soft Phulkas: Always brushed with ghee and never made in bulk.
- Regional Specialties: From classic Punjabi Chole and Paneer Lababdar to Maharashtrian favorites and even light Indian-Chinese options.
- Seasonal Vegetables: I only use what is fresh and in season, ensuring the best taste and nutrition.
- The Little Details: A serving of homemade sweet, fresh salad, and properly seasoned dal—components that make a lunch feel like a proper meal rather than a quick fix.
Perfect for Small Office Teams
Since I handle up to 35 meals daily, my service is ideal for smaller office teams of 20 to 30 people. If you are a corporate team looking for a consistent, healthy, and hygienic lunch partner in Mumbai, I am happy to work with you. I don't use preservatives or artificial colours, so you can serve this to your team with complete peace of mind. If you have specific dietary preferences or are planning a special office get-together, call me to discuss the menu. I prefer speaking directly to my foodies to ensure we get exactly what you need.
