Every meal you see here starts with a trip to the market before sunrise. Since I only take 35 orders a day, I can guarantee that the phulkas and sabzi in your dabba were cooked in my own kitchen just hours before they reached your office desk.

My kitchen is my sanctuary, and the work you see here is simply what I love doing. When I say 'ghar ka khaana,' I mean exactly that. I do not use industrial machinery or bulk-cooking techniques. Whether it is kneading the dough for your phulkas or slow-cooking the dal, every step happens in my Matunga kitchen with the same care I would use for my own family.

I believe in the principle of 'Ann he Purnabrahma,' meaning food is divine. This is why you will never find artificial colors, preservatives, or soda in my kitchen. My recipes come from my mother, grandmother, and even my neighbours, keeping the traditions alive in every bite. When you order from me, you are getting food that was prepared fresh, often with ingredients picked from the market just that morning.

Because I prioritize this quality over quantity, I limit myself to 35 orders daily. This ensures that I can personally oversee every meal, from the way the vegetables are chopped to the final packing in the tray.
