I chop the vegetables only when your order is ready, so you won't find soggy greens or wilted herbs. Whether it is a tangy Corn Anar salad or a crunchy Beetroot and Carrot mix, these side dishes stay crisp and fresh from my Matunga kitchen to your office desk.

I believe a good lunch needs a balance of textures. My salads are never an afterthought. They are designed to complement my daily lunch thalis, adding a necessary crunch and nutrition boost to your corporate meal. I focus on what is currently in the market, using raw mangoes in summer, fresh Tuvar in winter, and local gems like guava or pomegranate whenever they are at their best.

You will not find any mayonnaise or heavy, preservative-laden dressings here. Instead, I use simple homemade tempering, fresh lemon juice, and roasted nuts or seeds to bring out the natural flavours. These are the same techniques I use when cooking for my own family.

Whether you are ordering a team lunch for your office in Mumbai or a single meal for yourself, these salads are made in small batches. Because I limit my kitchen to 35 orders a day, I can maintain this quality without relying on industrial mass-production. If you have a specific requirement for an office event or want to add a healthy side to your weekly corporate subscription, please let me know at least one day early. This ensures I can source the freshest produce from the local market, just as I would if I were cooking for my own guests.
