About Specialty Thalis & Platters

Because I cook every portion in small batches from my Matunga kitchen, I need you to place these specialty orders at least one day in advance. This lead time allows me to source the freshest ingredients and ensures your Misal Pav or Chinese combo arrives hot and flavourful without any artificial preservatives.

When you are tired of the usual daily lunch routine, these specialty meals are designed to bring a little celebration to your workday. My Maharashtrian specials, like the Misal Pav, are prepared exactly how I learned them, featuring a spicy sprout curry (usal) served with fresh farsan, onion, and lime. It is a classic weekend favourite for many of my regulars.

My Indo-Chinese platters are also quite popular for team lunches. I do not use MSG or artificial taste enhancers, focusing instead on bringing out the natural flavours of the vegetables. You get substantial portions of Paneer Chilli, Schezwan Rice, Hakka Noodles, and crispy spring rolls. It is comfort food that keeps the team energised without the heavy, oily feeling that store-bought food often leaves behind.

I regularly cater these specialties for corporate teams of 20 to 30 people across Mumbai. Since I manage everything myself, I limit my capacity to 35 meals a day. This is a deliberate choice so I can maintain the homemade quality that you expect. If you are planning an office get-together, please reach out a day before. I do not store bulk-cooked food, so everything you eat is prepared fresh on the morning of your event.
