No meal is truly complete without a touch of sweetness. I prepare all my desserts from scratch in my Matunga kitchen using pure ghee and traditional recipes passed down through generations.

Adding the final touches to a batch of Mahaprasad Sheera for a Navratri order. Garnished with nuts and a fresh tulsi leaf, this sweet dish is made with pure devotion.

My version of the royal dessert, Shahi Tukda. Bread slices are fried in ghee and soaked in a rich, creamy rabri, then garnished with nuts. A truly indulgent treat for a corporate order.

A showcase of some of my homemade sweets and sides. This video features my popular Dudhi Halwa, a crunchy Anar Corn Salad, and a flavourful Kaju Tendli sabji.

A comforting bowl of Dry Fruit Semiyan Sheera. This vermicelli pudding is cooked in ghee and milk and loaded with pistachios and almonds, a sweet treat served in my Friday happy meal.
