Fresh Home-Cooked Vegetarian Meals and Traditional Flavours
Welcome to my kitchen. This collection holds the dishes I love to make most—from simple, soul-warming daily thalis to the festive specials that bring family together. Every plate here is a story from my home to yours.
This is what 'Ann he Purnabrahma' means to me. A traditional Maharashtrian thali served on a banana leaf, featuring everything from Puran Poli and Masale Bhat to fresh Kurdaya and Sol Kadhi. It’s a complete, respectful offering of food as divinity.
My Thursday Happy Meal, packed and ready to bring a smile to your face. This complete vegetarian thali includes Paneer Pulav, Raita, Chole Gravy, Gobi Sabji, and a comforting Wheat Sheera, all made with the freshest ingredients.
My special Vrat ka Khana for MahaShivratri. This fasting meal includes Sabudana Khichdi, Farali Kachori with chutney, Aloo Sabji, creamy Ratalu Kheer, and fresh Rajgira Puri, ensuring your fast is both devout and delicious.
A glimpse into my homemade Chinese platter, a weekend special that’s always a hit. It features Veg Hakka Noodles, Veg Manchurian, Fried Rice, and crispy Spring Rolls, all prepared with my own special touch, without any preservatives.
The art of making a traditional Bajrichi Bhakri, roasted directly on the flame. Sprinkled with sesame seeds, this millet flatbread is not just for crunch but for warmth and nutrition, a lesson passed down from my grandmother.
Watch as I prepare Paneer Tikka Masala, with fresh paneer and vegetables marinated in spices and roasted to perfection. This smoky, flavourful dish is a favourite in my North Indian meal specials.
Every meal I send out is a 'Happy Meal'. I love adding these little handwritten notes to your packages because for me, this is more than just a food service; it’s a personal connection from my home to yours.
A close up of my homemade Dry Fruit Khoya Gulab Jamun, fried in pure ghee and soaked in sweet syrup. It’s the perfect sweet ending that I often include in my special weekend meals.
Nothing makes me happier than seeing my customers enjoy their lunch. Here is a group of office-goers enjoying a wholesome meal together. Their smiles and positive feedback are what keep me going every single day.
My commitment to you, rain or shine. This is one of my dedicated team members, Sonu, braving the heavy Mumbai monsoon to ensure your hot, homemade meal reaches you on time. We believe nothing should come between you and ghar ka khaana.
About Featured
I cap my kitchen at 35 orders daily because cooking for you is not a factory process, it is a personal responsibility. You will not find me on food delivery apps because I want to ensure every phulka, sabji, and sweet reaches you exactly as it left my stove, fresh, warm, and made with the same attention I give my own family's meals.
My Cooking Philosophy
I truly believe 'Ann he Purnabrahma'—food is the ultimate divinity. When you order from me, you are not getting a bulk-cooked product. You are getting a meal made in small batches, prepared with the same fresh vegetables, pure ghee, and patience that I use when cooking for my own children.
What You Will Find Here
This cluster highlights the variety I bring to your table. My menu shifts constantly to keep things interesting. You will see:
- Daily Comfort: Balanced thalis with soft phulkas, dal, and seasonal vegetables.
- Regional Specialties: Authentic Maharashtrian flavours like Masale Bhat and Puran Poli, alongside North Indian favourites.
- Weekend Indulgence: My homemade Indo-Chinese platters, which offer a healthier, home-prepared twist on restaurant classics.
- Festival & Vrat Specials: Carefully crafted meals for fasting days using ingredients like sabudana and rajgira.
Quality You Can Taste
I do not use preservatives, artificial colours, or shortcuts. Whether it is the Gajar Halwa made in pure ghee or the traditional Mukhwas recipe I learned from my grandmother, every element is purposeful. My process requires 24-hour pre-ordering because I need the time to source fresh ingredients and prepare them from scratch. I am based in Matunga and serve the wider Mumbai area, ensuring that even if you cannot cook at home today, you still get a taste of ghar ka khaana.
