About Traditional Maharashtrian Flavours

I prepare every meal from scratch right here in my Matunga kitchen, using traditional methods like hand-patting Jowar Thalipeeth or fire-roasting brinjals for authentic bharta. Because I limit my kitchen to just 35 meals a day, please ensure you place your order a day in advance so I can source the freshest ingredients and pack your food with the care it deserves.
