I believe a meal is incomplete without a fresh, crunchy side and a cooling drink. Everything I make is preservative-free, using seasonal produce from my Matunga kitchen.

A vibrant and healthy Corn Anar Salad. The sweetness of corn and pomegranate seeds is balanced with a light dressing, making it a refreshing side dish in my Friday meals.

A winter special Green Tuvar Salad. Made with fresh pigeon peas, tomatoes, and onions, this salad is packed with nutrients and flavour, showcasing the best of seasonal produce.

A chatpata Peru Salad, made with fresh guava, spices, and herbs. This sweet and tangy salad was a refreshing addition to a Wednesday happy meal.

A colourful and earthy Beet Kheera Salad. The combination of beetroot and cucumber creates a salad that is both healthy and delicious, a key part of my balanced meals.

A tangy and refreshing Anar Kairi Salad. The mix of raw mango and pomegranate seeds makes this a perfect summer salad, which I serve on demand to my corporate clients.

A showcase of my healthy and delicious salads. This video features a Jamun (Java plum) Salad and a Peanut Salad, both made with fresh ingredients and served on demand with my happy meals.

A simple yet classic Tomato Salad. Finely chopped tomatoes and onions are mixed with fresh herbs and a light dressing, serving as a perfect accompaniment to any Indian meal.

My version of Papad Churi, a crunchy and savoury salad made from roasted papad, onions, and spices. This traditional Sindhi and Punjabi dish adds a wonderful texture to the meal.

A healthy Beetroot Carrot Salad, grated and mixed with fresh coconut and sesame seeds. This nutrient-rich salad is a great way to add more vegetables to your diet.

A glimpse of the unique salads I create, like this Star Fruit and Cucumber Salad. I love experimenting with seasonal fruits to make your meals more interesting and nutritious.

About Fresh Salads & Refreshing Drinks

I don't keep a static menu for my salads and drinks because I only use what is fresh and seasonal at the local market. Whether it is a cooling Sol Kadhi in the heat or a crunchy Beetroot Carrot salad, I prepare these fresh on the day of your order. Since I cook in small batches to maintain quality, just remember to message me a day before so I can source the ingredients for your specific request.

My kitchen is driven by the seasons. In the summer, you will find me blending fresh Aam Panha or churning out cooling Chaas to help you beat the Mumbai heat. During the cooler months, my salads shift toward nutrient-dense options like the Green Tuvar salad or my traditional Papad Churi.

I treat these sides as an extension of my daily thalis rather than just fillers. Every salad, from the tangy Anar Kairi to the sweet Peru salad, is chopped and seasoned by hand. You won't find any artificial colours or preservatives here, just the simple, authentic flavours I learned to prepare from my mother and grandmother.

I take pride in my traditional drinks. My Sol Kadhi is made using fresh coconut milk and kokum, prepared with the same patience required for a good digestive aid. Since I do not use commercial storage or bulk preparation methods, I need 24 hours to ensure your drink or salad is at its peak freshness when it reaches you. If you are planning a corporate office lunch or a small get-together, please reach out a day in advance so I can plan my morning market trip accordingly.
