Corporate and Institutional Wellness Workshops
I design and lead specialized yoga sessions that move beyond physical exercise to bring mental clarity and stillness into the workplace. Whether for corporate teams, colleges, or institutions, these modules are crafted to help participants handle stress and improve focus.

About Corporate & Institutional Wellness
I don't teach a workout; I teach a way to manage your internal state so that it stays steady regardless of the pressure outside. My workshops for organizations, including the Indian Army and various colleges, are designed to fit into your existing environment—no special setups or gym clothes required. We focus on simple, high-impact practices like Upa Yoga and Isha Kriya that address tech-neck, lower back rigidity, and mental fatigue right at your desk.
A Different Approach to Wellness
Most corporate wellness programs focus on surface-level fitness. My approach is different. It is about equipping your team with tools they can use daily to function better, think clearly, and stay calm.
What I Bring to Your Team
I focus on three specific areas that make a tangible difference in a professional or academic environment:
- Stress & Anxiety Management: Using Isha Kriya and guided meditation to help individuals find a moment of stillness even in a high-pressure environment.
- Relieving Physical Strain: Simple Upa Yoga movements that target joint health and back strength, specifically designed for those who spend hours sitting at desks or in classrooms.
- Enhancing Focus: Bringing a sense of clarity and alertness that translates directly to better productivity and decision-making.
Logistics and Implementation
I understand that time is a constraint. My workshops are modular and flexible, lasting 60 to 90 minutes.
- No Special Setup: We can use your conference room, hall, or even a quiet open space.
- Office-Ready: Participants do not need to change into yoga gear. The practices are designed to be done in standard office wear.
- Scalable: Whether you have a small team or a batch of 50 students, I adjust the energy and instruction to ensure everyone feels included and supported.
Having worked with the Indian Army and various educational institutions, I have seen firsthand that when you give people the right internal tools, they naturally perform better, collaborate more effectively, and stay healthier.
Ramya
I am Ramya, and I believe yoga is a technology for inner wellbeing, not a performance. My goal is to make these practices accessible to everyone, from soldiers in the field to students in a classroom, so you can carry a sense of stability with you throughout your day.
