Kids At-Home Self-Defense Training in South Delhi

Training should be challenging but also build a positive mindset. Here, after a tough BJJ session at home, we see the results of hard work. I teach kids to be strong, respectful, and confident in their abilities.
This is a one-on-one session demonstrating how to control an opponent from the side mount position. These are fundamental skills for self-defense that I teach in my personalized at-home classes for kids and adults.
Here I am officiating a match between two young, talented athletes at an AJP India tour event. My involvement in the competitive circuit ensures I bring the highest standards of technique and safety to my coaching for all age groups.
About Kids At-Home Self-Defense
When I come to your home, we don't just drill random moves in the air. I use your hallway or living room to practice real scenarios—handling unwanted physical pressure or knowing how to escape a grab. I bring the high-density mats and protective pads. You just need to clear some floor space and get your child ready to work hard.
Why At-Home Training Matters
Martial arts is about more than a gi or a fancy gym. It's about awareness. In a home environment, I can teach your child how to handle themselves in confined spaces, manage their personal boundaries, and develop the reflexes that work when someone actually grabs them.
The Curriculum
We don't do 'fancy' here. We focus on what works:
- Anti-Bullying & Awareness: Recognizing a threat before it happens.
- Grappling Fundamentals: Controlling a larger, stronger opponent using leverage, not force.
- Escapes & Safety: Practical techniques to get out of holds, headlocks, or pinned situations.
- Conditioning: Building functional strength through movement, not just repetitive exercises.
My Approach
I treat kids like athletes. We set goals, we struggle, and we learn. I don't believe in coddling because real life won't coddle them. By training at home in South Delhi, we strip away the noise of a commercial gym and focus entirely on your child's progress. They will learn to tap, they will learn to fail, and more importantly, they will learn to get back up. That is the only way to build grit.
What You Need
I handle the travel and provide the portable mats and gear. You just need to ensure we have a safe area to move. If you're serious about giving your child skills that actually last, let's get to work.
