Featured Yoga Workshops & Community Sessions
Welcome to the mat! Whether you are here for an outdoor flow in a city park or curious about learning acro yoga, these sessions are all about real progress, genuine connection, and having a bit of fun while we are at it.
There's nothing like the energy of a group moving together. This was a super fun moment from a beach yoga session in Varkala, all of us just playing with handstands and enjoying the process.
Acro yoga is all about trust, balance, and teamwork. Here's a look at a fun sequence from one of my indoor workshops, moving through poses like bird, throne, and backbends.
A moment of stillness in a full workshop. We always dedicate time to breathwork, or pranayama, like this Bhramari (bee breath) practice, to calm the mind before heading back into the world.
Practicing a synchronized yoga flow amidst the beautiful, ancient stone ruins of Hampi. This sequence includes balancing poses like Natarajasana and foundational poses like Warrior II.
Greeting the new year with a sunrise yoga session at Anthargange. Moments like these, practicing the Virabhadrasana (Warrior pose) series as the sun comes up, are truly magical.
Finding strength and focus in the park with Galavasana, or Flying Pigeon Pose. My practice is a blend of yoga and strength training, which helps build the stability needed for arm balances like this.
Here’s a personal invitation to one of my special International Yoga Day events. My workshops often mix fun ice-breaker games with breathwork and partner Acro yoga sessions at beautiful outdoor locations like Lalbagh.
About Featured
I have curated these sessions to move away from the 'perfect pose' obsession. Whether you are joining for an outdoor pop-up at Lalbagh or a studio workshop, the goal is always consistency over intensity. I am quite clumsy myself—you will likely see me wobble or laugh off a fall—so come as you are, ready to play and learn at your own pace.
Why these sessions feel different
Yoga in Bengaluru can often feel like a race to the most aesthetic pose, but my approach is the opposite. These featured sessions are built for people who want to show up, breathe, and actually enjoy the process. We don't believe in magic fixes or overnight transformations here. We believe in baby steps.
What you can expect
- Outdoor Yoga in Bengaluru: There is something about practicing under the open sky at places like Cubbon Park or Lalbagh that hits different. These sessions are designed to be accessible, mixing Hatha or Vinyasa flows with light breathwork. If you are looking for a break from screen time, this is it.
- Acro Yoga & Partner Work: Don't let the name intimidate you. You do not need to bring a partner to join. We focus on trust, communication, and, yes, a lot of falling safely. It is one of the quickest ways to make new friends and get out of your comfort zone.
- The 'No-Judgment' Zone: Whether you are an absolute beginner who can’t touch their toes or a pro working on inversions, you have a spot here. We keep group sizes manageable, especially for studio workshops, so I can ensure everyone gets the attention they need.
A note on logistics
For our outdoor pop-ups, please remember to bring your own mat, towel, and water. These are public spaces, so we work with the facilities available on-site. If you are booking a private group session, I bring the playlist and the vibe to your space—you just handle the room! My goal is to make sure that by the end of the session, you leave feeling lifted, connected, and maybe a little more balanced than when you arrived.
