I am a certified Level 1 Animal Flow instructor and love creating spaces where we can move, learn, and grow together. Here is where I share my background and details on upcoming workshops.

I was so thrilled to officially become a Level 1 Certified Animal Flow Instructor. This practice has humbled me and taught me so much about building from the foundation up. This certification represents my commitment to sharing this incredible movement system with all of you.

I love taking Animal Flow on the road. This is from a transformative beginner's workshop I hosted in Mumbai, combining ground based movement with mindfulness. If you're looking for a new way to challenge your body and mind, my workshops are the perfect place to start.

This graphic details what my introductory Animal Flow and breathwork sessions include. We unlock strength and mobility with dynamic movements, then sink into deep relaxation with guided breathwork. It's a holistic approach to wellness.

I am so grateful to be a part of the global Animal Flow instructor family. Earning my Level 1 certification was a journey of exploring new types of movement and getting back to the foundations of how the body can jump, glide, and shift.

Becoming a certified instructor has been a goal of mine, and I'm so happy to have achieved it. I'm thankful for my coaches and the community who have supported me. I look forward to growing with the Animal Flow family.

This certification is a testament to the hard work and dedication I've put into my practice. I am excited to use my knowledge to guide others on their own Animal Flow journey, helping them discover new patterns of movement and thought.

About My Credentials & Workshops

Whether you are joining my beginner pop-up workshop or looking for a 1-on-1 session, we always start with the foundations. We break down the Ape, Beast, and Crab forms so you understand how to distribute your weight safely before we ever try to link them into a flow. It is less about getting a perfect posture and more about finding that sweet spot of sthira, sukha—steadiness and ease—in your own body.
