Movement is my way of coming home to myself. Whether you are looking to build strength, find stillness, or just shake off the day, I'm here to help you find your flow.

This is what it’s all about for me, finding a moment to get a likkle flow going wherever I am. This beautiful shala in Goa was the perfect spot to practice my transitions, moving from a traveling ape to a full scorpion reach. Animal Flow is my moving meditation, a way to connect back to myself.

Here’s a peek into one of my beginner Animal Flow classes. We focus on understanding the fundamental movements and supporting each other's progress. It’s not about perfection, but about showing up, trying something new, and having fun with a great group of people.

I love getting into the technical details, like in this clip where I'm helping a student nail her Side Kickthrough. We work on the specific angles and lines to make the movement feel strong and stable. My goal is to give you the tools to build your own confident ground based practice.

The energy in this Sunday workshop was just fantastic. You can see us working on drills, moving together as a group, and finishing with a well deserved rest. This is what the community vibe is all about, a whole bunch of us coming together to move and play.

I was so thrilled to officially become a Level 1 Certified Animal Flow Instructor. This practice has humbled me and taught me so much about building from the foundation up. This certification represents my commitment to sharing this incredible movement system with all of you.

I love taking Animal Flow on the road. This is from a transformative beginner's workshop I hosted in Mumbai, combining ground based movement with mindfulness. If you're looking for a new way to challenge your body and mind, my workshops are the perfect place to start.

My fitness journey also includes exploring traditional Indian strength training. This practice involves unique equipment like the Samtola and Mudgar to build functional strength and coordination. It’s a powerful complement to my Animal Flow practice, connecting me to ancient training methods.

Movement is my way of connecting with my wild, eternal self. This photo captures that feeling of freedom and expression that I find through flow. It’s about more than just physical fitness; it’s about remembering the joy of being in your body.

About Featured

If you've ever felt intimidated by gym machines or rigid workout routines, this is for you. My approach to Animal Flow is about getting back to basics—using just your own body weight to build strength and coordination. It doesn't matter if you feel stiff or uncoordinated; we focus on finding 'sthira, sukha' (steadiness and ease) at your own pace, not on performing perfect poses.
