This is my moving meditation, where I explore new sequences, refine transitions, and find that balance between effort and ease.

This is what it’s all about for me, finding a moment to get a likkle flow going wherever I am. This beautiful shala in Goa was the perfect spot to practice my transitions, moving from a traveling ape to a full scorpion reach. Animal Flow is my moving meditation, a way to connect back to myself.

This was a fun one to break down and learn. It’s a challenging flow that took a couple of tries to get right, but that’s part of the process. You can join me to learn Level 1 flows like this in my weekly classes at MultiFit Ulsoor.

I was so inspired by a flow from Animal Flow creator Mike Fitch that I had to give it a try. It felt so good to work through the sequence, even if some angles need more work. It’s a beautiful flow to keep practicing and refining.

Practicing the advanced International Animal Flow Day flow in Goa. I love the process of learning new, complex movements and seeing how my body adapts. This sequence includes some challenging transitions like the crocodile roll and pop-outs.

Working on my handstand to front kickthrough transition. This clip shows the practice of finding control and slowness in a dynamic movement, pressing up into a pike handstand and then moving through the kickthrough with intention.

Here I'm working on the transition from a cartwheel into a handstand hold. Using the wall for support helps build the strength and confidence to hold the position. It's all about practice and celebrating the small wins along the way.

I saw this wall handstand dance challenge and had to give it a shot. It was so much fun figuring out the movements and playing with balance against the wall. It’s a great way to build shoulder stability and core control.

Flowing in nature always inspires me. Here I am practicing some basic Animal Flow transitions in the mountains of Kodaikanal. I'm always working on making my movements smoother and adding a bit of tempo.

Movement should feel comfortable and free. Here I'm flowing through some yoga and Animal Flow inspired movements, from a deep squat to a headstand and handstand. It's important that your activewear moves with you through every stretch and pose.

About My Solo Flow Sessions

Animal Flow isn't about looking graceful from the start. It is about getting comfortable with the awkwardness of new movement patterns. In my personal practice, I spend hours on the floor exploring how my weight shifts, often struggling with a single transition for days before it finally clicks. It is this process, where I mess up, laugh, and try again, that informs how I teach you to find your own flow.
