Group Classes & Workshops
This is what my classes look like, from beginner workshops breaking down the basics to regular group sessions. I focus on technical details in a supportive, fun environment where we can all learn and grow together.
My Solo Flow Sessions
This is my personal practice, my moving meditation where I connect back to myself. Here I explore new sequences, refine transitions, and find that balance between effort and ease, or sthira and sukha.
Community Jams & Partner Flows
The best part of movement is sharing it with others. Here are some moments from my sessions with fellow teachers and my 'flowmies' in the studio, at the park, and even on the beach.
Exploring Indian Strength Training
I also incorporate traditional Indian strength training into my routine using equipment like the Mudgar and Gada. These workouts build functional strength and improve coordination, complementing my Animal Flow practice.
Movement as Expression
For me, movement is more than just a workout; it's a form of expression and a way to connect with myself and nature. These are from creative projects and photoshoots that explore that idea.
