About Our Champions: The Jadala Journey
Lakshmi’s rise from a student on our acrylic hard courts to becoming Asia’s top-ranked para tennis athlete shows exactly what happens when coaching adapts to the player. We didn't just teach him to hit a ball, we focused on motor skills, emotional regulation, and tournament-specific scoring rules, proving that the right support system removes barriers.
The Adaptive Advantage
We move past generic drills to create a program that fits the individual. Whether coaching students with intellectual or developmental disabilities, we adjust everything: from grip and swing paths to court movement. We use visual cues instead of complex verbal explanations and incorporate soft pressure balls to build confidence early on.
Tournament Readiness
Lakshmi’s gold medal at the 2025 National Tennis Championship in Gwalior wasn't luck. It was the result of our High-Performance Track. We use video analysis to visually demonstrate stroke mechanics and 15-minute dedicated segments for agility, balance, and hand-eye coordination. We train not just for fitness, but for mental toughness under match pressure, specifically aligning with Special Olympics scoring formats.
