About Our Studio: The Space & Vibe
This isn't a sterile classroom; we have designed our space across two floors in Indiranagar to keep things intimate and relaxed. Because we strictly cap our workshops at six participants, you are never fighting for space or attention at the community table. Whether you are dropping in for a two-hour session or a longer course, you will usually find us surrounded by unfinished pieces, drying shelves, and plenty of tea.
When I moved from Whitefield to Indiranagar, I wanted to create a place that felt more like a creative hangout than a formal training center. What started three years ago in a tiny 180-square-foot room with just three wheels has grown into the studio you see today. We have expanded from that single floor to two, adding a dedicated kiln room where all the firing happens, and a second-floor space that is perfect for quiet hand-building.
Why the Studio Space Matters
Pottery is as much about the conversation as it is about the clay. We have intentionally kept the studio small so that I can provide individual guidance to everyone. You aren't just here to learn a technique; you are here to be part of a community that shares stories, celebrates wins, and occasionally fumbles through a 'Wheel War'.
What You Will Find Here
- The Gear: We have all the tools you need—slab rollers, wire cutters, sponges, and kidney tools—so you can just walk in and get started.
- The Tech: You handle the sculpting, and my team manages the technical side. We take care of the slow drying to prevent cracking, the bisquing, and the glazing in our high-fire kiln. Your pieces come out food-safe and ready to use.
- The Atmosphere: Expect sun-drenched windows, a community table, and a fridge stocked with snacks. We provide aprons to protect your clothes, though I always tell my students to wear something they don't mind getting a little clay on.
Whether you are looking to unwind on a weekend or dive deep into a multi-session course, this studio is built to be a reset button for your week.

I am Gauri, and I started this studio because I believe making things with your hands is the best way to reset. This space is my heart, and I am happiest when it is full of people getting messy, sharing stories, and finding their own rhythm with clay.
