About A Look Inside My Studio
When you walk up to our studio, you’ll notice it’s not a stuffy classroom; it’s an open-air rooftop space designed to help you switch off from the Whitefield traffic. We keep it green and sunlit on purpose because the energy of the space really changes how the clay behaves in your hands—and honestly, it just makes the messy work feel a whole lot more relaxing.
Running this studio for nine years has taught me that the environment is just as important as the technique. That’s why I created this rooftop space. It’s not just about learning pottery; it’s about having a place in the city where you can breathe, get your hands muddy, and forget about your phone for a few hours.
The Setup We have a dedicated space where you’ll find individual electric potter's wheels, so you aren't waiting for your turn. Whether you’re here for a one-day wheel throwing workshop or one of our four-week courses, you’ll have access to all the tools—from wire cutters to loop tools—and plenty of space to work. The studio is also home to our kiln, where all the magic happens after you leave. Seeing your pieces come out of the firing process with that durable, glazed finish is my favorite part of being a teacher.
Why It’s Different You’ll often find our space filled with plants and, during festival season, a whole lot of extra energy. We host everything from eco-friendly Ganesha making to corporate team-building events. If you’re looking for a quiet corner to de-stress or a creative date idea in Whitefield, this is where it happens. No pressure, just clay, coffee, and good vibes.
