We don't believe in fancy AC gyms. Here, your gym is the dirt ground and your equipment is built for raw, athletic power. If you want a body that actually works, this is where you start.

This is the core of our strength program. We use sledgehammers, heavy bags, and bodyweight exercises to build explosive, functional power. This is how you get strong for real life, not just for the gym.

Our conditioning is tough and practical. We use partner carries to build total body strength and duck walks to develop powerful legs and endurance, all done outdoors in a group setting.

Bodyweight mastery is fundamental. We drill push-ups, sit-ups, and other floor exercises under the direct supervision of our coaches to ensure proper form and maximum effort from every student.

Strength training for boxing isn't just about lifting heavy. We incorporate weighted shadow boxing with dumbbells to improve punching power, speed, and shoulder endurance.

True strength is also about control. Advanced bodyweight skills like the headstand are part of our training to develop core stability, balance, and total body awareness.

About this collection

Stop paying for treadmills you don't use. Here, your cardio is a dirt track sprint at Deer Park and your weights are actual tractor tires and sledgehammers. We train in groups, meaning you are constantly pushed by people who are just as hungry for progress as you are, with coaches correcting your form on the spot.

The Setup

We train outdoors in Katwaria Sarai and Hauz Khas Village. The ground is uneven, which forces your stabilizer muscles to work harder than they ever would on a flat, rubberized gym floor.

  • Equipment: We use heavy tractor tires for flips and sledgehammers for rotational core slams. This builds the kind of grip and back strength you just cannot get from machines.
  • Bodyweight Mastery: Push-ups, duck walks, and frog jumps are the bread and butter of our conditioning. We focus on high repetitions because that is how you build an engine that doesn't quit.
  • Group Dynamics: You are not training alone with headphones on. You are part of a pack. Whether it is partner carries or group sprints, you push the guy next to you, and he pushes you back.
