Many of us spend hours at a desk, which can lead to chronic back and neck pain. I demonstrate a simple, effective technique to correct your sitting posture in real-time, helping you find spinal alignment and relieve discomfort even during a busy workday.

This is a demonstration of Vrischikasana, or Scorpion Pose. It is an advanced inversion that requires significant core strength, shoulder stability, and spinal flexibility, all of which we build progressively and safely in my sessions.
