Real Strength and Yoga Training Methodology
Fitness is not about shortcuts, it is about showing up and doing the work. This is my approach to building a body that is strong, mobile, and actually functional.
This is what consistent effort looks like. A 130 kg deadlift isn't just about lifting heavy weight; it's about building a strong posterior chain, improving posture, and developing the mental grit to push through your limits. Form is everything.
Flexibility is not just about stretching; it's about usable strength in your full range of motion. Here, I demonstrate a split between benches, a testament to building resilient hips and hamstrings through progressive overload, starting with foundational moves like split squats.
I incorporate traditional tools like the 15 kg wooden Mudgar to build real-world strength. This training develops powerful shoulders, improves grip and forearm strength, and conditions the core in a way modern equipment often can't.
Mastering your own bodyweight is a true measure of strength. This is a look at how we progress towards a freestanding handstand, using the wall for alignment and endurance. We break down complex movements like this into manageable steps.
My role is to guide and support you, ensuring your form is safe and effective so you can push your boundaries with confidence. Here, I'm spotting a client during an 80 kg squat, focusing on depth and control. Your goals are my goals.
Not every day is a win. Here is an honest look at a failed 135 kg deadlift attempt. I share my failures because they are part of the process. It's not about being perfect; it's about showing up, giving your honest effort, and coming back stronger tomorrow.
Fitness is also about community and pushing each other to be better. Here's a look at a group plank competition, a test of core strength and mental endurance. We celebrate the effort and the shared struggle.
My practice integrates deep yoga postures like Kapotasana to build a strong, open back and improve overall mobility. This level of flexibility is earned through consistent practice and is essential for injury prevention and longevity in strength training.
About Featured
You will notice I share my failed lifts, like that 135 kg deadlift. That is intentional. I do not hide the struggle because that is where the real growth happens. Whether we are working on your squat depth or mastering a handstand, my job is to push you past your limits while keeping your form rock solid. Expect accountability and a program that evolves with your body.
I do not sell shortcuts. My approach combines the raw power of heavy compound lifts like deadlifts and squats with the foundational mobility of Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga. When we work together, we are not just chasing numbers on a bar, we are building a body that is resilient and capable for the long haul.
My training sessions in Delhi NCR are structured for those who are ready to put in the work. We start by auditing your movement patterns to identify where your hips, ankles, or shoulders are holding you back. From there, we use progressive overload to track your strength gains week by week. You get real coaching, not just someone counting reps. If you are struggling with a specific skill, whether it is a handstand or a 100 kg squat, we break it down into manageable steps.
This is a place for the disciplined. If you want to stop guessing in the gym and actually earn your results, we should talk. We will fix your form, improve your range of motion, and build strength that matters outside the gym walls.
