Meditation and Mindfulness Coaching by Nandan Singh
Finding inner peace is not about escaping reality, it is about building a mind strong enough to handle it. Whether you need stress reduction techniques or a structured daily practice, I help you find stillness amidst the noise of daily life.
Finding inner peace is a core part of my practice. Here, I am meditating by the serene ghats of Varanasi, connecting with the calming energy of the water through the simple yet powerful practice of OM chanting.
In Malasana, or Garland Pose, with hands in Anjali Mudra. This posture is not only a deep hip opener but also a grounding position for meditation, helping to improve focus and reduce stress.
Meditating on a bed of river stones. Connecting with nature during mindfulness practice can deepen the experience, helping to achieve a state of peace that comes from understanding and acceptance.
Dhyana, or meditation, is a journey inward. Here I am in a seated meditative pose, wrapped in a traditional shawl, focusing the mind to cultivate stillness and connect with a higher state of consciousness.
Meditation in front of a vibrant mural of Lord Shiva. The external environment can inspire the internal journey, creating a powerful atmosphere for spiritual practice and reflection.
A moment of prayer and gratitude while immersed in the cool, flowing waters of the Ganga. This practice, known as a holy dip, is a way to purify the self and connect with the divine.
Seated in Siddhasana, the Accomplished Pose, for meditation. This posture helps to direct energy upward along the spine, making it a powerful asana for longer periods of quiet contemplation and self-realization.
A moment of quiet reflection in a simple seated pose. The goal is to find "Shanti," or peace, by calming the fluctuations of the mind and centering the self in the present moment.
Yoga is a mirror to look at ourselves from within. This meditative pose is a physical expression of that inward journey, creating a stable foundation to observe the mind without judgment.
In Padmasana (Lotus Pose) by the water, wearing a Rudraksha mala. This traditional yogic posture and attire helps to create a sacred space for meditation, especially during auspicious times like Mahashivratri.
About Meditation & Mindfulness
You do not need a silent cave to meditate. I teach you how to integrate 15-30 minutes of mindfulness into a busy day, using mantra repetition and breathwork that you can practice effectively even when your environment is noisy or chaotic.
How I approach mindfulness
I believe a strong body is incomplete without a calm mind. My approach to meditation is not abstract. It is practical and disciplined, designed to fit into the schedules of people living in busy cities like Delhi NCR.
The practice
We do not just sit and hope for clarity. I guide you through:
- Mantra repetition: A simple, effective way to anchor your thoughts when the mind wanders.
- Breathwork: Controlled pranayama to regulate your nervous system.
- Routine building: Learning to meditate before you eat or as the first thing in your morning. If you do not have a quiet room, that is okay. Noise is not a barrier to true concentration.
Why this matters
Whether you are dealing with desk-job fatigue or high-stress environments, a consistent 15-minute practice helps improve focus, memory, and emotional regulation. We treat the mind like a muscle that needs training, not just a concept to be studied.
I offer 1-on-1 sessions both online and in-person across Delhi NCR. We will assess where you are and build a routine that actually sticks.
