Functional Strength & Mobility Training
I blend yoga, functional strength, and mobility to help you build a body that feels as good as it looks. Whether you are at a desk or in the gym, let’s make movement a natural part of your day.
This is why I focus on functional movement. Just a few minutes of targeted exercises can counteract hours of sitting, helping to release tight hips, mobilize your spine, and free your shoulders. We'll work together to bring freedom and space back into your body.
Real results come from consistency. This is my client Manshi, who lost 6 kgs in just three months by combining my training programs with mindful eating. This kind of transformation in body composition and confidence is what we can achieve together.
You don't need a fancy gym to get a great workout. This is my "sock workout," a full-body routine that uses simple sliding movements to challenge your core, build strength, and burn calories. It’s a perfect example of how we can train anywhere, anytime.
For me, fitness is about what my body can do, not just how it looks. Building strength through compound movements like deadlifts creates a powerful, capable body. I'll guide you on proper form to help you lift safely and effectively.
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is one of the most effective ways to get a full-body workout in under 30 minutes. This beginner-friendly HIIT circuit is designed to get your heart rate up and build endurance without any equipment.
Neck pain and stiffness are common, especially if you work at a desk. I use a simple series of dynamic neck stretches, including yes, no, and maybe motions, to release tension and improve your range of motion. This is a routine I teach all my clients for daily relief.
As a certified yoga coach, I integrate advanced mobility work into my training to improve flexibility and prevent injury. This sequence shows how we can work on everything from hip flexibility with splits to active range of motion with poses like three-legged dog.
A proper warm-up is crucial for a safe and powerful lift. Here, I'm using a resistance band to activate the glutes and hamstrings before a deadlift session. This technique ensures the right muscles are firing to help you unlock your true strength.
About Featured
The 'desk job rescue' is a huge part of my approach. I integrate simple, 5-minute mobility flows directly into your sessions to fix tight hips and stiff shoulders caused by hours of sitting. It is not about complex equipment; it is about practical movements that you can actually stick with, regardless of your current fitness level.
My philosophy is simple: fitness should serve your life, not control it. Whether we are training online via video call or in-person at the gym, the focus remains on functional strength that translates to real-world energy.
Beyond the Mirror
We often get caught up in how our bodies look, but I prioritize what your body can do. My sessions blend compound movements like squats and deadlifts with yoga-inspired mobility drills. If you are a beginner, we start with bodyweight and resistance bands. If you are advanced, we focus on hypertrophy and technical form correction.
Corrective Work
Do you spend 8+ hours at a desk? That sedentary time creates specific tension patterns in the hips, neck, and lower back. My programs include dedicated corrective exercises—what I call 'desk job rescue'—to undo that stiffness. These are not just stretches; they are active movements that restore your posture.
Sustainable Consistency
I do not believe in crash diets. I believe in 'soft discipline'—the commitment to show up on the days you do not feel like it. We will work on your nutrition through portion control using home-cooked meals, keeping it sustainable. Whether you need a quick 30-minute HIIT circuit to fit into a busy day or a full-hour strength session to push your limits, we build a routine that actually fits your schedule.
