Desk jobs and daily habits often lead to chronic back and neck pain. These sessions focus on anatomy-based movements to realign your spine, correct your posture, and build functional stability.

Many of us spend hours at a desk, which can lead to chronic back and neck pain. I demonstrate a simple, effective technique to correct your sitting posture in real-time, helping you find spinal alignment and relieve discomfort even during a busy workday.

Incorrect form can lead to serious injury, which is why I emphasize proper technique above all else. This video explains the importance of expert guidance for safe and effective exercise, just as you would seek a tutor for academics.

The Paschimottanasana, or Seated Forward Bend, is more than just a hamstring stretch. I demonstrate how this pose can effectively stretch the lower back, improve digestion, and serve as a tool to calm the nervous system and fight stress.

I don't just tell you to sit up straight. We focus on neutral spine alignment, scapular positioning, and breathwork to fix desk-job aches at the root. Whether you are dealing with a frozen shoulder or anterior pelvic tilt, we use targeted corrective drills to isolate the issue and rebuild your functional strength.

Corrective exercise is not just about stretching; it is about retraining your brain and body to move efficiently. When you have spent years sitting at a desk, your muscles adapt to that static position. You might develop anterior pelvic tilt or scapular winging without even realizing it. My sessions break down these movement patterns. We look at the biomechanics of your joints—whether it is your thoracic spine or your hips—and apply specific drills to fix them.

What we cover in these sessions:

  • Biomechanics Assessment: I identify where your posture is breaking down. We look at your spine's neutral curve, not just the pain points.
  • Targeted Drills: We do not do generic movements. If you have a frozen shoulder, we isolate the scapula. If you have lower back pain, we focus on core stability and pelvic alignment.
  • Mind-Body Integration: As I often say, Prem to us amrit ka pey hai (Love is that nectar). We use controlled breathing to calm the nervous system, which helps reduce the tension that keeps you locked in pain.

Whether you are joining me for 1-on-1 online coaching or an in-person session in Delhi, the goal is the same: to make you functionally strong. We use props like foam rollers for myofascial release and specific Hatha flows to open up restricted areas. If we get the technique right, your body will do the rest.
