About Olympic Weightlifting Coaching
What I Believe
"If you think lifting is dangerous, try being weak. Being weak is dangerous." That’s my mantra. Strength isn’t just about big muscles - it’s about building a strong mind, solid posture, and a personality that stands tall. I care about the full system, not just the body.
What You Get with Olympic Weightlifting
Olympic weightlifting is much more than picking up heavy stuff. You’ll learn two technical lifts: the snatch and the clean & jerk. These movements are complex, but they transform your speed, power, and coordination. Expect your metabolism to fire up too. This isn’t just training for athletes; it’s for anyone who wants to move and feel better.
My Coaching Style
Technique is everything. As a national-level referee, I know what proper form looks like. I break down each part of Olympic lifting - from the snatch to the clean & jerk - into simple steps. We’ll use drills and cues (like "Shabash man!") to help you nail each phase. I’m hands-on, direct, and I’ll explain not just what to do, but why it matters.
Building Strength That Lasts
You can’t build a house on a weak base. My strength foundation training uses compound lifts and assistance work so you’re strong, stable, and less likely to get injured. I design programs for all levels, from beginners to athletes prepping for competitions or sports quota trials.
More Than Just Lifting
Weightlifting is part of a bigger picture. We train hard, but I also believe in balance - yoga, meditation, and starting each day with a positive mindset. It’s all connected. Radhe Radhe.

My Story
Namaste, I’m Nandan Singh. Fitness is not just sweating it out – it’s a full-on journey of body and mind. I’ve got my MPED and a Master’s in Yoga, so I live both power and peace. My life’s split between the gym and Vrindavan, weightlifting and meditation. Clean and jerk, snatch, deadlifts – that’s my jam. I believe in smiling through fear and building a mindset as strong as muscle. Har Har Mahadev.
