Yoga and Mindful Movement Training in New Delhi

Yoga is not just about flexibility. It is about building the mental focus and body control you need to crush your gym goals.

Here, we are practicing Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation). This yoga sequence is a fantastic full-body workout that improves flexibility, burns calories, and connects you with your breath.

Assisting a client with a headstand in a group yoga class. My role is to provide the support and confidence needed to safely explore more advanced yoga postures.

Proper stretching is key to preventing injury and improving recovery. I guide my clients through post-workout stretches to increase flexibility and release muscle tension.

This back extension exercise, also known as the locust pose in yoga, is excellent for strengthening the lower back and improving posture.

My training is a mix of strength and flexibility. Here, I'm assisting a client with a backbend (Chakrasana) to improve spinal mobility after a strength session.

A headstand (Sirsasana) requires balance, core strength, and focus. It's a powerful inversion that can calm the mind and strengthen the upper body.

Leading a partner yoga session. This is a great way to build trust and achieve deeper stretches, as seen here with the start of a Sun Salutation.

The upward-facing dog pose is a great chest opener and spine strengthener. It's an integral part of many yoga flows and a great way to practice mindfulness.

Starting with a prayer position and moving into a forward fold (Uttanasana). This is how we begin to connect the mind and body before a yoga practice.

The crow pose (Bakasana) is an arm balance that builds incredible upper body and core strength. It takes practice, patience, and confidence.

About Yoga & Mindful Movement

I do not just teach poses. My yoga sessions are integrated with strength training to fix the posture issues that come from heavy lifting. If you are struggling with recovery or joint stiffness after gym sessions, we use mobility flows and core-focused yoga to fix that. This is about making your body capable of handling the work you put it through.

Training for Real Strength

Many people think yoga is a slow process that does not burn fat. I challenge that. My approach uses intense sequences like Surya Namaskar to burn calories while simultaneously working on your flexibility. I see too many clients dealing with chronic pain because they only focus on heavy weights and ignore mobility.

How We Work

I focus on form first. Whether it is a headstand to build core balance or a back extension to strengthen your lower back, every movement has a purpose. I do not promise quick fixes. I ask about your diet, your sleep, and your stress levels. Why Mindful Movement Matters

Fitness is 50 percent physical and 50 percent mental. When I lead a group or personal session, we use breathwork to build the discipline that stops you from quitting when the reps get hard. You will learn how to balance your hormones through specific breathing patterns and functional drills that translate to real life strength. It is not about looking good for the mirror, it is about how you feel when you wake up in the morning.
