Fitness is more than just physical movement; it is the discipline of aligning the body with the mind. This is how I combine technical coaching with daily practice.

I also incorporate Pilates into my training regimen to build deep core strength and stability. This video shows a sequence on the reformer, including a Warrior pose variation and core exercises.

Practicing Vrikshasana, or Tree Pose, by the water. This pose is excellent for improving balance, strengthening the legs and core, and cultivating a sense of groundedness and stability.

Performing Tree Pose in a natural, serene environment. Practicing yoga outdoors helps deepen the connection between the body, the mind, and the natural world around us.

Another variation of Tree Pose, this time with traditional attire. This pose symbolizes stability and growth, reminding us to stay rooted while reaching for our highest potential.

An overhead view of Paschima Namaskarasana, or Reverse Prayer Pose, while seated. This asana is a fantastic shoulder opener and helps to improve posture by drawing the shoulder blades together.

A candid moment of focus. Keeping my eyes on the goal is a principle I apply not just in fitness, but in all aspects of life.

A relaxed, candid photo. My coaching style is not just about serious training; it's also about finding joy and ease in the process.

Taking a moment to check my watch while seated on a stability ball. This tool is great for engaging the core muscles even while resting, promoting active sitting.

About Behind the Practice

I combine the technical precision of weightlifting—focusing on neutral spine and biomechanical cues—with the restorative power of yoga and Pilates. Whether you are correcting a desk-job posture or learning an advanced inversion, my goal is to teach you the 'why' behind the movement so you can train safely for the long term.

My practice is built on a simple premise: if you understand how your body moves, you can master it.

The Science of Movement

My sessions are not just about counting reps. Whether we are working on Pilates core sequences or Olympic weightlifting technique, I focus on the biomechanics. We will look at your posture, your alignment, and the way you breathe. If you have aches from a desk job, we start with corrective drills to address issues like scapular winging or anterior pelvic tilt. You are not just 'working out'; you are learning the architecture of your own body.

Finding the Balance

I do not see a wall between the gym and the yoga mat. My training methodology bridges this gap. A strong body needs a calm mind, which is why we finish sessions with Pranayama or meditation. This holistic approach ensures you aren't just building muscle; you are building resilience. From high-intensity interval training to the gentle stretch of a Hatha flow, everything I teach has a purpose.

Training on Your Terms

I bring this practice to you. If you are in the Delhi NCR region, I provide in-person mobility and strength training at your home. For those who need flexibility, I also conduct live 1-on-1 online sessions. We will work with the space you have, using the equipment available to us, to ensure your practice remains consistent, challenging, and safe. As I always say, the results will come if you stay consistent. Shabash man.

I’m Nandan. My life is split between the weight room and the yoga mat, and I believe you don't have to choose between strength and peace. I teach because I want you to understand your body mechanics, stop fearing injury, and find real balance in your daily movement.
