- Duration: 60 Minutes of dedicated floor time at the designated facility (e.g., Fitness First Select Citywalk or V7).
- Format: 1-on-1 personalized coaching tailored to specific goals like Fat Loss, Hypertrophy, or Athletic Conditioning.
- Bio-Mechanics Focus: Technical breakdown of lifts with focus on micro-movements, grip width, and spinal alignment.
Facility & Equipment Access
- Heavy Compound Lifts: Access to Olympic lifting platforms for Snatch and Clean & Jerk.
- Functional Tools: Usage of Battle Ropes, TRX Suspension Trainers, Assault Bikes, and Plyo Boxes.
- Pilates Integration: Occasional utilization of the Pilates Reformer for core stability work if facility permits.
Recovery & Support
- Assisted Stretching: 5-10 minute manual cool-down where the trainer physically assists in stretching tight muscle groups.
- Safety Protocol: Active spotting on heavy lifts (Squats/Bench) and injury management advice.

My Take on Fitness
Fitness for me is a lifestyle, not just a phase. I genuinely believe - "If you think lifting is dangerous, try being weak. Being weak is dangerous." It's all about finding balance between your strength, posture, and mindset. Your body should feel as good as your personality vibes.
Training With Me
I’m here so you don’t have to figure things out on your own. I focus on safe lifting technique and help you avoid bad habits or silly injuries. Discipline and consistency matter, but real progress needs proper guidance. No more comparing yourself with others - we’ll keep it about your journey.
How I Work
My training style is a mix of weightlifting, yoga, and functional movement drills. We train your whole body, with plans based on exactly what you want.
- For strength, I use compound strength exercises like squats and deadlifts. I break down each movement so it’s easy to learn.
- For fat loss, I design HIIT for fat loss sessions and intense circuits using whatever equipment you have.
- Functional fitness is about making you strong for everyday life - here, we’ll use stuff like agility ladders and medicine balls.
Where We Train
Train at my gym, your place, or join online personal fitness sessions. I fit into your routine - terrace workouts, home gyms, or fully-equipped gym floors.
What You Get

Namaste, I’m Nandan Singh. Fitness is not just sweating it out – it’s a full-on journey of body and mind. I’ve got my MPED and a Master’s in Yoga, so I live both power and peace. My life’s split between the gym and Vrindavan, weightlifting and meditation. Clean and jerk, snatch, deadlifts – that’s my jam. I believe in smiling through fear and building a mindset as strong as muscle. Har Har Mahadev.
