I believe that true fitness is a journey of the mind and body. My coaching approach combines technical weightlifting, precise posture correction, and meditation to help you perform better and live stronger.

This shirt says it all. My role is to be your trainer, your guide, and your biggest supporter on your fitness journey.

I believe that once you make exercise a regular habit, the momentum builds and it becomes a natural part of your life. My goal is to help you build that sustainable habit.

My mantra is, "If you think lifting is dangerous, try being weak. Being weak is dangerous." I am here to help you build strength safely and effectively.

"The More You Learn, The More You Earn." This applies to fitness too. I am committed to continuous learning to provide the best coaching possible.

It was a pleasure teaching this Olympic lifting course. Sharing my knowledge and seeing other fitness professionals develop new skills is incredibly fulfilling.

Another great group from the V7 Fitness Academy. I am grateful for the opportunity to guide fellow coaches and lifters in the fundamentals of Olympic weightlifting.

Presenting a certificate of completion for our Olympic lifting course. It's rewarding to see dedicated individuals invest in their education and professional growth.

This is a look inside our Olympic lifting course at V7 Fitness Academy. We cover everything from basic technique to advanced drills to help professionals elevate their skills.

Keeping my eyes on the goal is a principle I live by and teach. Whether in lifting or in life, having a clear target is the first step toward achieving it.

A smile is a sign of a positive mindset. I believe that even on the busiest days, finding a moment to smile can change your perspective.

About My Coaching Philosophy

I don't just count your reps. In every session, I start by assessing your movement patterns and posture, whether it's your lumbar spine curve during a deadlift or your thoracic mobility for an overhead press. We fix the foundation first, then we build the strength, so you train without injury and understand exactly what your body is doing during every single lift.

Building Strength the Right Way

My training methodology is simple: if you think lifting is dangerous, you're missing the point. Being weak is dangerous. Whether you are at V7 Fitness Academy or we are training at your home in South Delhi, we focus on the science of movement. My coaching is grounded in my background as an MPED and Master’s in Yoga.

The Technical Approach

I break down complex Olympic lifts—like the Snatch and Clean & Jerk—into regression drills. We use real-time video analysis to correct your bar path and timing. I treat your training like a technical study, ensuring your form is spot-on before we ever add significant weight. This prevents injury and ensures that you are moving efficiently.

Mind and Body Balance

I don't believe in just sweating it out. We integrate yoga, pranayama (breathwork), and mindfulness into your routine. This helps you build a mindset as strong as your muscles. I teach you to smile through the fatigue, stay disciplined, and view training not as a chore, but as a path to self-improvement.

Who I Train

I work with everyone from absolute beginners looking to correct their posture to competitive athletes prepping for championships. If you are tired of generic gym routines and want a coach who explains why you are doing a specific movement, let's connect. Har Har Mahadev.
