About Fitness as a Philosophy

True fitness is not just about the hour you spend in the gym; it is about how you fuel your body for the rest of the day. I focus on integrating 'Ghar ka khana'—your Roti, Rice, and Dal—into a structured, macro-balanced plan that aligns with your specific metabolic needs. We build a routine based on your actual lifestyle, not a generic template that forces you to eat things you hate.

When we talk about fitness as a philosophy, we are talking about long-term sustainability. Many people fall for fad diets or generic online templates that ignore their hormonal health, medical history, or simply what they enjoy eating. My methodology is different. Whether you are aiming for weight management, building muscle, or managing conditions like PCOS, diabetes, or hypertension, we start by understanding your body's specific requirements.

My Training Approach

I utilize a 'Push-Pull-Legs' split for hypertrophy, ensuring compound movements like Squats and Deadlifts are performed with proper form. As someone certified in injury prevention, safety is my priority. We use progressive overload to safely increase intensity, ensuring you get stronger without risking burnout or injury.

Sustainable Nutrition

My nutrition plans are built around Indian staples. We focus on glycemic load management rather than just counting calories. You will learn how to:

  • Balance your protein, carbs, and fats based on your BMR.
  • Include strategic cheat meals to keep your discipline intact without guilt.
  • Make simple food swaps that fit into your family's daily meals, so you do not have to cook separately.
