Fitness isn't just about what you see in the mirror. It's about building a mind that doesn't quit. Here is how I blend Olympic lifting, calisthenics, and grit to get you strong, inside and out.

This is the core of my philosophy. Your results are a direct reflection of the work you put in, not what you hope for.

A weak mind will always lose to a strong will. My coaching is designed to strengthen both.

You become what you believe. This video of me deadlifting is a reminder to be careful about how you talk to yourself, because your thoughts shape your reality.

Some people stop because it's hard. Some people start because it's hard. I'm here for the people who choose to start.

A new year won't fix a lazy mind. Real change is a choice you have to make every single day, not just on January 1st.

A warrior also needs rest. This hip thrust video is a reminder that being strong also means knowing when to pause and allowing others to be your support system.

Progress isn't always a giant leap. Little by little becomes a lot. Consistency is the key to achieving big goals.

A year from now, you may wish you had started today. Don't wait for the perfect moment. The choice to begin is always now or never.

Nobody works harder than a person who hates asking for anything. This is the self-made mindset I bring to my life and my training.

You can either make the best use of what you have, or you can keep complaining. I teach my clients to be brave and take ownership of their decisions.

About My Fitness Philosophy

My coaching isn't just a list of exercises. Whether we are in a functional box at Leo's Gym or connecting over a video call, I focus on hybrid training: blending Olympic lifting, boxing conditioning, and calisthenics. I watch every rep to fix your technique, so you stop guessing and start moving safely.

I believe true strength starts in the mind. If your head isn't in the game, your body won't change. My approach to fitness is simple: no unnecessary 'taam jhaam' (frills), just the hard work that moves the needle.

Why Hybrid Training?

I don't stick to one box. My sessions mix Olympic lifting for raw power, calisthenics for control, and aerial yoga for mobility and spinal decompression. This variety keeps your body guessing and prevents the burnout of a boring gym routine. Whether you are a total beginner or an athlete, we adapt the movements to your capacity.

Training Logistics

  • In-Person: I coach out of Leo's Gym in Preet Vihar and Everyday Fitness in Surajkund, Faridabad. If you are in the NCR region, we can make it work.
  • Online Coaching: My virtual sessions are 100% live. I watch your form through the screen, adapting the program to whatever equipment you have—even if it's just furniture. No cheating the reps on my watch.

The Goal

Getting strong isn't just about aesthetics. It is about building self-respect and the guts to handle whatever life throws at you. I track your progress with Body Composition Analysis (BCA) and focus heavily on mobility to ensure you stay injury-free. If you are ready to stop making excuses and start putting in the work, let's get after it.

I’m Trishna, and I believe if your mind isn't in the game, your body won't change. I don't do quick fixes or fluff—I focus on heavy weights, strict discipline, and building a version of yourself that actually lasts. My training is about teaching you how to move better so you can live better.
