About Mindful Strength Training
My sessions are built on a hybrid model: we spend 45 minutes on compound strength movements—the stuff that actually builds muscle and bone density—and wrap up with 15 minutes of assisted Hatha yoga stretching. It’s designed to leave you feeling energized, not wrecked, so you can actually function for the rest of your day.
I know the 'gym rat' stereotype can be draining, especially when you're balancing a busy career. My approach to personal training in Bangalore focuses on sustainability rather than intensity for the sake of it. Whether you have access to a residential gym, an apartment clubhouse, or just a corner of your living room, we work with what you have.
We aren't chasing perfection. We’re chasing a routine that makes you feel capable and strong. The 45-minute strength block is about progressive overload—improving your posture, understanding your mechanics, and safely lifting weights. The 15-minute yoga block is non-negotiable for me because it’s where we reset your nervous system and work on mobility.
