My Commitment to Fitness Safety and Emergency Readiness
Training hard is only half the battle. Your safety during every rep, set, and session matters more than anything else.
I am proud to be a certified Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider through the American Heart Association. This certification in CPR and AED use ensures I am prepared for any emergency.
Here I am practicing chest compressions during my CPR certification course. Mastering these life-saving skills is a responsibility I take very seriously as a coach.
This photo shows our group practicing rescue breaths on manikins. Proper CPR training involves hands-on practice to ensure we can respond effectively in a real emergency.
Our CPR training also covered techniques for infants. This image shows us practicing the correct procedure for infant rescue, an essential skill for any first responder.

About Safety & Credentials
Pushing your limits with heavy snatches or intense metabolic conditioning carries risks, and I do not take that lightly. My certification in Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association means I am trained in CPR and AED use, specifically preparing me to respond to sudden cardiac events during training. You are in safe hands, whether we are at a partner gym in Dwarka or training at your home.
Training is about progression, but safety is the foundation. Every session, whether we are focusing on Olympic weightlifting or functional strength, is planned to minimize injury. However, preparation for emergencies is equally critical. By completing my certification at the Phoenix Institute, I have gained the technical knowledge to perform chest compressions and manage rescue situations for both adults and infants. This is not just about a certificate on the wall. It is about the mindset of a professional coach who knows that real strength comes from a secure training environment. You can train with confidence, knowing I am equipped to handle the unexpected. My approach is to ensure that while we work hard on your physical goals, the environment remains secure for everyone. Har Har Mahadev, stay safe and keep training. Radhe Radhe.
