Foundational Strength Training

A strong house needs a solid foundation. I use compound lifts like squats and deadlifts, along with targeted assistance work, to build the core strength and stability you need to lift safely and progress effectively.

Competition & Refereeing

I prepare athletes for competitions and also serve as a national-level referee, giving me a unique perspective on what it takes to succeed. This experience ensures my coaching is aligned with official standards for form and execution.

The Science of Movement: Drills & Mobility

Power comes from perfect mechanics. I use specific drills, plyometrics, and targeted stretching to improve your mobility, prevent injury, and master every phase of the lift.
